2. Also the in Camera rule needs to be relaxed so that some reporting emerges from District Court hearings, obviously with identities protected
I have always advocated a lifting of the In Camera rule as it currently allows the Judges to act with impunity and are accountable to no one.
ReplyDeleteThis relaxing of the In Camera rule should apply in all courts. There is also no reason why full audio recordings of family proceedings cannot be recorded and transcribed.
